This two-session mastermind explores the first two stages of developing leaders: Identifying and Attracting.

Drawing from John C. Maxwell's The Leader's Greatest Return, we will explore how leaders recognize potential in others and how our own leadership affects the people we attract.

Recognizing leadership potential and determining who you should intentionally invest in.

Session II | ATTRACT
Understanding what draws potential leaders to you, your leadership, and your organization.
